Eric W. Dost, MAI is President of Dost Valuation Group, Ltd. He has practiced in the real estate valuation industry for over twenty years and has prepared valuation and consulting assignments nationally. Prior to starting Dost Valuation Group, Ltd., he was the National Real Estate Practice Leader for a national valuation firm. Mr. Dost also spent three years with Wells Fargo Bank specializing in technical review and compliance.

We have significant experience with all major commercial property types (office, retail, industrial and apartments) including special purpose properties such as medical office buildings, surgery centers, senior housing properties and subsidized housing.
